Sustainable wellness can be achieved by a holistic and systematic approach to health. We offer a progressive and step by step wellness program, which includes lectures, workshops, exercises, retreats, and tours.

The wellness teaching program, developed by Dr. Miles Chong Chen, starts with two premises:
     First, every person is his or her own healer (the innate healing);
     Second, health is related to every aspect of human activities (holistic health).

The wellness program includes the following aspects:
     - Developing a holistic view and innate sense of health;
     - Acquiring skills to detect early signs and symptoms;
     - Acquiring skills to assure eating well;
     - Acquiring skills to establish the rhythm of tension and relaxation;
     - Practicing the skills on demand.
